The general integration extension-delegate, also known as the REST Connector, enables the interaction with external systems via the REST API and is configured in service tasks of the business process using the Connect to external system v2 template.

When configuring the delegate in the Camunda Modeler application, ensure that the resources > element-templates folder contains the externalSystemConnectorDelegateV2.json file.
